Cancelling or Rescheduling
We require 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a mandatory 50% charge of your scheduled service(s) before any future appointments will be confirmed.
No shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled service(s) fee, and your online scheduling account will be temporarily suspended until payment is received in full.
All scheduling services are completed easily through the Fresha app or links that are sent to you through email or text to confirm your appointment and remind you of your upcoming appointment(s).
